How do I pay the consultation fee?

We accept digital payments via UPI. You can transfer the fee to sht84bio@okicici using GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm. Please save your Transaction ID as it is required to confirm your appointment.

Is the clinic open on Sundays?

Yes, Dr. Shweta Singh is available on Sundays for special batches. However, slots are limited, so we recommend booking at least 2 days in advance via the Appointment Page.

What if I miss my appointment time?

We request patients to arrive 10 minutes early. If you miss your slot, you may have to wait for the next available batch or reschedule. Follow-up fees are valid for 15 days only.

Homoeopathy Basics

Does Homoeopathy take a long time to work?

This is a common myth. In acute conditions (like fever, cold, or diarrhea), Homoeopathy acts very fast—often within hours. For chronic diseases (like Psoriasis or Arthritis) that have existed for years, cure takes time as we treat the root cause, not just suppress symptoms.

Are there diet restrictions (Onion, Coffee, Garlic)?

Strict restrictions are not always necessary. However, we generally advise avoiding raw onions, strong coffee, and camphor as they may antidote specific medicines. Dr. Shweta will provide a personalized diet chart based on your specific prescription.

Do Homoeopathic medicines contain steroids?

Absolutely not. Our medicines are prepared from natural sources (plants, minerals) using a process called Potentization. They are safe, non-toxic, and free from steroids or heavy metals.

Do you offer online consultations for out-of-station patients?

Yes. For distant patients, we offer video consultations. Medicines can be couriered to your address (shipping charges extra). Please select the "Online/Video" option when contacting us.

How do I send my payment Transaction ID?

When you book an appointment on this website, there is a specific field to enter your UPI Transaction ID. Alternatively, you can WhatsApp the screenshot to our official number.
